President Donald Trump issued a direct message to New Jersey voters on Saturday, October 24, urging Republicans to turn out in large numbers as early voting officially began across the state ahead of the November 3 midterm elections.

In a post published on Truth Social, Trump encouraged voters to cast their ballots early, return mail-in ballots and support Republican candidates in every race, from congressional contests to local elections.

The president emphasized the importance of voter turnout, calling on his supporters to mobilize friends, family members and other Republican voters.

Trump Calls for Strong Republican Turnout

Trump’s message was directed specifically at New Jersey, where early in-person voting opened Saturday morning.

He urged Republicans to take advantage of every available voting method, including voting by mail and in person.

The president also used strong language against Democrats, referring to them as the “Radical Left” and calling for Republican turnout large enough to overcome their opponents at the polls.

His message reflects the Republican Party’s efforts to encourage early voting, a method Trump previously criticized but has increasingly promoted during recent election campaigns.

A Message Directed at New Jersey

The president’s appeal comes as voters prepare to choose representatives for the U.S. Senate, all 12 of New Jersey’s congressional districts, and a range of county and municipal offices.

On the same day, Trump also expressed support for Republican congressional candidates Jeff Van Drew, Chris Smith and Tom Kean Jr.

His public appeals highlight the attention national political figures are giving to New Jersey as both parties seek voter participation ahead of Election Day.

Early Voting Continues Through November 1

According to the New Jersey Division of Elections, early in-person voting is available from October 24 through November 1.

Polling locations are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Registered voters may vote at any designated early voting center within their county of residence.

Mail-in ballots can be returned by mail, placed in an authorized ballot drop box or delivered to the appropriate county election office. They cannot be returned to ordinary in-person polling locations.

The general election will take place Tuesday, November 3.

Trump’s statement is one of several political messages marking the opening of early voting, as candidates and party leaders across New Jersey enter the final days of campaigning.
