Susan Dell, wife of Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell, appeared alongside President Donald Trump on Wednesday to encourage American families to register for Trump Accounts, the new investment accounts created for children.

After Dell finished speaking, Trump turned to her husband and jokingly asked whether Susan Dell was considering a run for public office.

He then gave her what has become one of his signature political phrases, offering his “complete and total endorsement.”

There is currently no indication that Susan Dell has announced any campaign or formal plans to seek office. Trump’s remark appeared to be spontaneous and lighthearted rather than an official political endorsement tied to a declared candidacy.

The moment came during an event promoting Trump Accounts, which are designed to give children a long-term financial investment account that can grow over time.

Susan and Michael Dell have already played a major role in the program. The couple previously pledged $6.25 billion to support Trump Accounts for children across the United States.

Their contribution is one of the largest private commitments connected to the initiative.

During her remarks, Susan Dell encouraged parents and families to register and take advantage of the program, emphasizing the potential long-term benefits for children.

Trump then shifted the tone of the event with his question about whether she might run for office, drawing attention to Dell beyond her philanthropic role.

For now, however, there is no announced campaign.
